Can we bring our existing files and programme documentation?+
Yes. You can import files of any type. MANKAIND holds the complete programme record: development documents, requirements, design decisions, risk analyses, verification evidence, versions and approval history. During onboarding, we review how your imported files and existing records should be organised.
What does the built-in eQMS cover?+
Programme quality management includes document control, design reviews, approvals, change control, audit history and programme quality events. Company-wide processes such as training, supplier management and complaints can stay in your existing QMS. Which tools and integrations can we use?+
You can retain specialist authoring tools and import their files into MANKAIND. File import is separate from a live integration. Tell us which tools your programme relies on: we confirm available connections and any setup needed before you commit to a rollout.
What if the AI gets something wrong?+
AI output can be wrong. Your experts review proposed changes, source references and unresolved questions before acceptance. Only authorised people approve programme changes; MANKAIND supports your engineering judgment and quality procedures.
Where is our data hosted, and how is it protected?+
MANKAIND hosts in the EU and US. We confirm the applicable hosting and processing arrangements before onboarding. Programme records are encrypted in storage and transit, with role-based access to view, edit and approve. LLM providers process data with zero retention; your engineering data is not used to train models. Contact us about security and data processing.

What happens to our programme records if we leave?+
